Crashes na update

Ik gebruik de MRA-app versie 5.2.0. (473) op mijn iPhone 12PRO (iOS-versie 26.5) op een HONDA NT110 met Apple Carplay. De iPhone maakt via een bluetooth verbinding met de AppleCarplay. Afgelopen vrijdag vertrokken voor een 3-daagse reis naar Zuid Frankrijk. Tijdens de reis diverse crashes gehad hetgeen tijdens het rijden zeer onwenselijk is, zeker als je als koprijder fungeert van een groepje motorrijders. Het maakte allemaal niets uit of dat de iPhone rechtstreeks met een originele kabel of via bluetooth was verbonden.
Vanavond een mede MRA-gebruiker gesproken en deze had sinds de update tijdens het rijden met de auto ook meerdere malen een crash gehad. Heb wel geprobeerd diverse bestanden te versturen naar de helpdesk. Zijn er meer gebruikers die last hebben van de crashes? Of weet iemand een oplossing zodat de terugreis zonder navigatie problemen gaat.

I use the MRA app version 5.2.0. (473) on my iPhone 12 PRO (iOS version 26.5) on a HONDA NT110 with Apple CarPlay. The iPhone connects to Apple CarPlay via Bluetooth. Last Friday, I left for a 3-day trip to the South of France. During the trip, I experienced several crashes, which is highly undesirable while driving, especially when leading a group of motorcyclists. It made absolutely no difference whether the iPhone was connected directly with an original cable or via Bluetooth.
This evening I spoke to a fellow MRA user who had also experienced multiple crashes while driving since the update. I did try sending various files to the helpdesk. Are there more users experiencing these crashes? Or does anyone know a solution so that the return journey goes without navigation problems?

Hey,

I can't say much about CarPlay but try it without CarPlay and use the navigation directly via MRA on the phone.

• Offline maps should be loaded for the region

• Routes should be synchronized with the mobile phone to the WebPlaner

• Synchronization should be done for all routes

• In a pinch switch to offline navigation.

Important if there is no network available, then the routes should have been previously synchronized on the mobile phone.

Ook tijdens de terugreis diverse crash meldingen gehad en daar waar mogelijk was de melding verstuurd. Je kan niet gelijk stoppen om een log-bestand naar MRA te mailen… De crashes komen ook naar voren op het moment dat de voeding wordt losgekoppeld.

@Siepermann-Ronald dat logbestand blijft gewoon doorlopen tot je op het versienummer drukt. Dus dat kun je nu ook nog doen. Inmiddels zijn we wel bij versienummer 474
