Update/Viapoint announcements

Just updated to 5.1.0 - 462 and the results are excellent so thank you Team for all of your hard work.
However, whilst testing this update an issue cropped up that I know has been mentioned before and I am hoping can be remedied in the future, the issue is that when I add a 'Note' to a viewpoint that can be announced (I would generally do this if I am trying to point out a POI of interest) it is announced so early ie., on todays test route an announcement came 1.2 miles before reaching the POI! Hopefully you can find a way of allowing the User to adjust this distance as I appreciate other announcements may have priority in between.
The only other issue I found is that I do not seem to be able to turn off the enabling of the 'Use all Waypoints' button so that I only see Viapoints on my route rather than seeing all route points.

There is no option to turn off shaping points, but if you choose to see and hear notes from only via points then the shaping points are only visible on screen, you will not hear any announcement from them.

There is no option to turn off shaping points, but if you choose to see and hear notes from only via points then the shaping points are only visible on screen, you will not hear any announcement from them.
