Applicant to a group : how to verify his/her identity or ask more info hoe in contact komen met een nieuw lidmaatschapsverzoek?

Wij beheren een groep en krijgen soms lidmaatschapsverzoeken van MRA leden die we in eerste instantie niet herkennen.
Bestaat er een manier om met deze personen bv. via email in contact te komen om bijkomende vragen te stellen zodat we een beter beeld krijgen of deze personen toegang mogen krijgen tot onze groep.Hello,
We manage a group and sometimes receive membership requests from MRA members whom we do not initially recognise.
Is there a way to get in touch with these people, for example via email, to ask further questions so that we can get a better idea of whether they should be granted access to our group?Thanks for your suggestions or solution.
