Feature request CARPLAY - add live search option while on active route

Exactly, this feature already exists right?

I think there is some confusion over the language difference, my request is to first be able to search while on an active route and then add that searched item to the route. I don't think you can do that when using carplay. Regards

@Corjan-Meijerink just tried it, when your on an active route the search button does not exist.

Then you are navigating a track which indeed does not support adding a stop. This is the same on CP / AA / Phone

@Corjan-Meijerink no, I only see the settings icon, I'm navigating a route.

Then for sure you have "Navigate routes as tracks" enabled or you are driving a route created in OSM / TomTom.
Try navigating to a favorite / search result or something like that. Then I am confident a search icon will show.
