Der Folge Modus ist so nicht nutzbar.
- Bildfläche der Karten viel zu klein
- Zoomstufe fehlt +/- Zoomen fehlt
- Menü versperrt bei der Fahrt 50% des Display Restkarte so viel zu unübersichtlich

The follow-up mode is not usable.
- Image area of the cards much too small
- Zoom level missing +/- zoom missing
- Menu blocked when driving 50% of the display remaining card so much too confusing

Just to be clear, your tone of voice is not really friendly, and this is not the first. You essentially call the main app menu a "follow mode" but that is just not what it is. Corjan told that a free-ride mode will be added later. THAT will be what you seem to call a "follow mode". In due time, the free-ride mode will (I assume) have features like camera views, speedometer and probably more. Currently a follow mode only exists for routes and routetracks (mainly to facilitate the bicycle and by foot transport modes).
In other words: you just have to wait patiently, and enjoy the great app as it is.

Sorry about that. It's just a pity that what was already in MRA V4.4x as a follow-up mode is now missing, even if it wasn't optimal, but it has already helped some as @Jörgen has already described.
That's all it's about, maybe I misunderstood, I'm looking forward to what comes later new and revised...

Sorry dafür. Es ist nur schade das das was schon mal in MRA V4.4x als Folge Modus da war jetzt fehlt, auch wenn es nicht optimal war aber es hat einigen so schon geholfen wie auch @Jörgen schon mal beschrieben hat.
Nur darum geht es, vielleicht habe ich es falsch verstanden, ich freue mich dann auf das was später neu und überarbeitet kommt…

This can sometimes make it sound less friendly.
Please don't be so critical about every word.I think we talk about two different things.
One is the free ride (what is requested a long time)
And the other one is (what I call) Follow the track mode. This was already answered by Corjan, see here: https://forum.myrouteapp.com/topic/10112/follow-a-track-mode-not-available

No, that won't change.Follow the line is available for routes (primary action for walking / cycling, long press for others).
A dedicated free drive will be added later.

Sorry, yes I had to explain this to a first user today, a very good GS friend, because he missed the old one.
Simply driving with the map and using the streets in the course in the view, he was disturbed by the menu in the horizontal view.
A possible hiding down would be very helpful as already written ...

sorry, ja ich musste heute einem ersten User, einem sehr guten GS Freund, das hier erklären, da er das alte vermisst hat.
Einfach nur mit der Karten zu fahren und die Straßen im Verlauf in der Ansicht zu nutzen, ihm störte das Menü in der waagerechten Ansicht.
Ein mögliches ausblenden nach unten wäre wie schon geschrieben sehr hilfreich …

Mit dem Update V5.0.2 -438 funktioniert es wunderbar, genau so sollte es sein, es werden viele Glücklich sein wenn es veröffentlicht wird
