No spoken instuctions with Android Auto

Up till now I have used MRA on the mobile without sound. Just the map. My co-driver "translated" the picture into sound.
My co-driver is no more and I need sound. Easier than another co-driver I thought. But I cannot get the sound link working. Not on the mobile, not on Android Auto (AA)
Spotify works fine, so there is a connection between mobile (M) and AA.
M is Samsung A54, bluetooth works fine with other Apps.
Suggestions?
