Add waypoint during navigation

Hello everyone,
I have a question about adding waypoints.

I've created a route and I want to do some reconnaissance. I'd like to know if it's possible and what the procedure is for adding new waypoints while navigating.

Simple, tap the menu three dots at the bottom of the screen, tap Add stop. Search for your required waypoint. Alternate is to display the area that contains where the waypoint is to be added and simply long press on the map.
