Club-account gone?

In the past, there was talk of a club-account that could be temporarily shared by the moderator of the club-account with an organizer of a route who did not have a Gold Membership.
Given that the RoadMap is no longer being updated, I'm unable to effectively track the latest developments. While I understand that everyone's attention is focused on the new features of the planner and navigator, several clubs have expressed an interest in an update on this item.
Did this project stoppped or ????
Perhaps publishing the RoadMap again is an idea?
