Part of lower screen cut out

Never had this issue before, but now part of the lower screen and options are difficult to reach. I can't scroll any further.

See attached pics @JP-d did you change youre setting of the screen to zoom in youre setting. When i do that i have the same problem.

See attached pics @JP-d, like Leike says, I suspect some scaling settings in your Android system menu.

@JP-d That looks like the standard Android bottom bar which holds the Back, Home and Recent buttons, but the buttons aren't showing for some reason.
I would try going into Settings -> Display -> Navigation bar and try flipping from Buttons mode to Swipe gestures (and back again of you prefer Buttons). That may help reset it.
