A new error?

Planned route, and yes, all passes are open. Quite nice to have to find out at 6 in the morning that the MRA app thinks the passes are closed. Then there's the stupid warning that can't be confirmed....
-
@Kudee not to mention that ridiculously large route line...wish the devs would decrease that size of it to the same as in the planning pic...

@GT-JWR are you serious?
-
@Kudee yes
-
@GT-JWR Still hoping for an answer from a more intelligent user
-
@Kudee haha....your response tells me all I need to know about you! Good luck.

@Kudee This looks like incorrect information from HERE.
I had the same because of wrong information about a close road.
https://forum.myrouteapp.com/topic/6767/route-violation?_=1721070690917You have the problem that you can not reach the "close" button.
I've thought about the problem, but haven't tried the idea yet.
You would have to interrupt the online connection, as I used to do with the TomTom Rider, so that any closures cannot be included in the route calculation in the first place.
With MRA, you would have to download the route beforehand so that it is available offline and, of course, the maps for this region would also have to be downloaded.
Then switch MRA to offline mode and load the route again. It may also be necessary to temporarily disable the data download. You'll have to give it a try. -

@Con-Hennekens It does not work. The result with or without traffic aware routing is the same. Try the A57 from Krefeld to Neuss-Norf. It is closed for roadworks.
-
Ok, there are WP on the Autobahn. Only the part where no WP is will be bypassed, but there is no difference with/without this function.
-
Thank you colleagues for the tips. To summarise, there is no way to ignore the HERE map and the incorrect information? Offline navigation is not the way I want to go. lg Kudee

I tried it again, and it looks like that just traffic will be considered in calculation, a total closure will always be counted independent of the settings.
-
And, as expected in Offline mode, the closure will be ignored and the route will be calculated on the closure.
Very good, this is the proof. -
I think the long term maintenance closures are map data, while traffic jams and seasonal closures are traffic data from a different source within HERE. But it is guesswork.
