Having a foreign language at the profile

Hello,

when having "German" (as an example) setup at the account (profile) and going to the Help and Support section, the website is clean and not showing any articles, links, or videos etc.

I learned from the forum that I would find articles there to make my live easier to start with the apps, but I was seeing nothing

Can you please consider doing either the one or the other or multiple options to improve the situation please?

• When a foreign language is configured, show an info box to give an information about content that might be hidden due to language settings at the users account.

• Showing English as default (or make a fall-back language configurable at the user account)

• Giving an option to make an easy switch between languages without the need to reconfigure the profile (account)

I mean, I want to keep my preferred language, but if that is not available, I still want to see something. When the default language is not available, there could be a message like "sorry this content is currently not available in your preferred language".

@Corjan-Meijerink Ik heb verschillende dingen geprobeerd, waaronder de hoofdnavigatie bovenaan het scherm en dan ook linksonder in de browser, vanwaar je ook de helppagina's kunt openen.

Als ik de taal in mijn profiel instel op Engels en naar de helppagina's ga, zie ik de Engelse inhoud, als ik terugschakel naar Duits en de helppagina's opnieuw bezoek, zie ik nog steeds de Engelse artikelen, maar zodra ik de website opnieuw laad, is alles weer leeg.

@Corjan-Meijerink Normaal gesproken zou ik zeggen dat het een cacheprobleem is, maar ik heb de cache van mijn browser gewist en ook een andere browser geprobeerd, helaas met hetzelfde resultaat.
