Voice Instructions at the roundabout

I find the voice instruction at the roundabout somewhat misleading for the following reason:
The MRA voice instruction when entering the roundabout is: "Take the first exit towards your destination"
On roundabouts, however, this does not have to be the first exit. It can just as well be the 2nd, 3rd, 4th or another exit.
My question: Why doesn't the voice prompt give the correct exit number, as TomTom and Maps do, for example?
