Route in pdf export not like planned route

Situation:
I am testing in what way names and notes of route points are being shown at different Navigation devices. I ran into the next issue.- Route planned in Open Street Map.
- Route exported as pdf.
Routes show differences. I have seen the note at the bottom of the second picture, but I created the route in OSM. But "slightly different" is a bit under what I would call that.
Why is this?
