Ansage von Wegpunkten

Bei einem meiner Testfahrten im Dezember bekam ich vereinzelt nicht alle Wegpunkte (Handicon) und Shapingpunkte (Tropfen, Pfeil) akkustisch angesagt, aber mit sehr langen nicht zu verfolgendem Text.

Seitdem ist das bei nun weiteren Fahrten, wo ich extra auf der Strecke Wegpunkte und Shapingpunkte in der Planung gesetzt habe, bis auf den letzten Wegpunkt gleich Ziel nicht mehr passiert.

In irgend einem Beitrag hier im Forum stand, dass die Punkte genannt würden. nun bei mir auf dem iPhone oder im CarPlay Modus nicht (mehr). Auf dem iPhone kann man zwar den nächsten Weg oder Shapingpunkt oben rechts sehen mit der Restentfernung, im CarPlay aber nur wenn er in der Karte erscheint so etwa 1 km oder weniger voraus.

Ich möchte noch einmal bitte bitte den Wunsch äußern dass zumindest Wegpunkte die man auch als festen Halt zwischendurch anfährt (Lokal, Aussichtpunkt oder sonstiger POI) mit dem Text angekündigt wird so ab 2 Km zuvor in 500 m Schritten, den man dem Wegpunkt selber zuordnet, z. B. -Pause Pfannkuchenhaus-. Auch setzte ich je nach Strecke Wegpunkte zur Kontrolle, dass ich noch auf der Route bin die ich fahren will, z. B. -WP 5 vor Ort Münchhausen-.
Wird die Route in ein Garmin exportiert, funktioniert dies dort schon seit Jahren so.
Gerade mit der Option CarPlay bietet MRA, was immer besser wird, aber die Option, auch auf das Garmin so oft we möglich zu verzichten, zumal es in meinem Cabrio doch nur etwas störend an die Scheibe gepappt werden kann.
Mache ich etwas falsch oder gibt es die Ansagen nicht?

Hier aus dem Handbuch:
Wegpunkt-Benachrichtigungen: Wählen Sie aus, ob Sie eine Benachrichtigung erhalten möchten, wenn Sie sich einem Wegpunkt nähern. Es ist auch möglich, zwischen allen Wegpunkten oder nur den Viapunkten zu wählen.

@Peter-Schiefer, Es gibt verschiedene Einstellungen, die beeinflussen, ob Wegpunkte vorgelesen werden:

A : Betrifft die Anzahl der gesprochenen Meldungen, wirkt sich jedoch nur auf die Navigationsanweisungen aus, nicht auf die Wegpunktansagen.
B : Gibt an, ob Sie gesprochene Wegpunktinformationen nur für VIA-Punkte oder auch für Formpunkte (oder überhaupt nicht) möchten.
C : Schaltet lediglich das Kacheln rechts oben auf Ihrem Bildschirm ein oder aus, das angibt, zu welchem Routenpunkt Sie navigieren.
D : Tut dasselbe wie B, jedoch nur für den Text auf Ihrem Bildschirm, nicht für die hörbare Information.

There are several settings that influence whether waypoints are read aloud:
A : Says something about the number of spoken notifications, but only affects navigation instructions, not waypoint announcements.
B : Indicates whether you want spoken waypoint information only for VIA points, or also for shaping points (or not at all).
C : Simply toggles the tile at the top right of your screen, indicating which route point you are navigating to, on or off.
D : Does the same as B, but only for the text on your screen, not for the audible information.

Zusätzlich ist Folgendes wichtig. Ein Wegpunkt hat einen Namen (E) und eine Beschreibung (F). Sowohl der Name als auch die Beschreibung werden vorgelesen. Ist nur ein Name eingetragen und enthält er eine Ziffer, wird dieser NICHT vorgelesen. Es wird dann angenommen, dass es sich lediglich um eine (automatisch) generierte Adresse handelt, die nicht interessant genug ist, um vorgelesen zu werden. Ist jedoch eine Beschreibung vorhanden, wird sowohl der Name (auch mit Zahlen!) als auch die Beschreibung vorgelesen.

Persönlich handhabe ich es folgendermaßen: Eine kurze Beschreibung schreibe ich einfach in den Namen (Kaffeepause). Zusätzliche Informationen füge ich der Beschreibung hinzu. (Hier gibt es auch leckeren hausgemachten Erdbeerkuchen). Mit Option B oben kannst du festlegen, ob auch Formpunkte vorgelesen werden sollen oder nicht. Bei mir ist dies auf "Alles" eingestellt, denn wenn keine sinnvolle Information vorhanden ist, enthält der Name normalerweise eine Ziffer und wird daher nicht vorgelesen.

Additionally, the following is important. A waypoint has a name (E) and a description (F). Both the name and the description are read aloud. If only a name is filled in and it contains a digit, it will NOT be read aloud. It is then assumed to be just an (automatically) generated address, and therefore not interesting enough to be read aloud. However, if a description is filled in, both the name (including numbers!) and the description will be read aloud.

Personally, I handle it as follows: I simply put a short description in the name (coffee break). Any additional information is placed in the description. (They also have delicious homemade strawberry pie here). With option B above, you can determine whether or not shaping points are also read aloud. For me, this is set to "All," because if there is no meaningful information, the name usually contains a digit and therefore will not be read aloud.

It is not obligated to use a description. BUT having a description also forces the name to be pronounced. If you name your WP "Stop ten" or "Pfunkt Vierzig" it will pronounce okay. Also you can move the number to the description. In the description a decimal number will be pronounced normally. Also you can force the name including the decimal number to be pronounced by putting a space or dot in the description. The pronunciation, if I remember correctly, will take place about 750 mtrs before the WP is reached. Sometimes you will want to place an extra WP because of this. I think many people would go mad on the voice if it was repeated a few times.

Many ways lead to Rome, you just have to choose one I think I handed you enough possibilities. It is not MRA's goal to build a Garmin clone

To get back on this, why would you do that? The waypoints already have their own numbering, and if you place an extra wp, you would have to rename all that follow.

in BC wurden eine Route aus Wegpunkten immer alphabetisch sortiert und berechnet, wenn aus der Liste der Wegpunkte eine Route erstellt wurde.

I don't think this is a problem for MRA planner.

I think the use of Viapoints is very useful, but having to many is not handy. I only use viapoints for obligatory stops like coffee breaks and lunch stops, or a museum you want to visit. Things like that. Making everything a viapoint causes the automatic skipping of waypoints due to road works to not work.

@Peter-Schiefer, This feature is built on top of the existing waypoint info in the planner. I guess they did not want to change the existing data format of a route. I think it works pretty great, once you know how it works. I can imagine, when the planner get's the planned overhaul, devs could introduce a checkbox at the waypoint name to indicate whether you want it to be spoken or not. Maybe even a small tile (like the pause symbol) indicating "note" or "speach" next to the waypoint, if you press it, it gets displayed and/or spoken, as an addition to the 700mtr announcement. Who knows what the future brings

We will take this into consideration for our future updates.

Regarding the zoom in CarPlay, the upcoming update includes improvements for that!
