Delete app and reinstall the app.

Is dit correct.
Op de tablet lukt het niet. Blank scherm blijft.

My guess is that anyone with the 262 update suffers from this, even after updating to 263. People who went from an earlier version directly to 263 should not have this problem.

In TestFlight you can also always go back to the previous version.
