No vocal instructions

Hi
Yesterday first try with the navigation app on Android 13.I can't have any vocal instruction.
At the first try, I had the following configuration on the App:
TTS Engine = COM.SAMSUNG.SMT
Voice = ITA , VOICE 1
Volume = MAX
Number of vocal Instruction = 4
Waypoint notification = All
Speed warning Sound = All
On the route setting, Vocal message and sound warning are on.(the parameter name are translated by myself from Italian to English, maybe they could be named differently in the English App version)
Smartphone volume = max
NO sound come from the smartphone but if I press the test play button on the: TTS-> COM.SAMSUNG.SMT I can hear clearly the test vocal command
Tried to change the TTS to COM.GOOGLE.ANDROID.TTS and select the Italian voice 1.
Same story. I cant ear any vocal message but if I press the test play button on the COM.GOOGLE.ANDROID.TTS I can hear clearly the test vocal commandIn the App i was playing a Route with several waypoint and shape point.
Any suggestion?

@Montorsi-Paolo-0, I don't know if this could be your issue, but it is know that voice-instructions are silenced when your waypoints are close to a turn. If that is not the case, maybe a restart of your phone could fix it.

The App doesn't speak at all, non only close or in waypoints proximity.
I had waypoints also away from turning point.Restart already done, several time (I am an old computer programmer, ;-))
Google map, BMW Connected App, Osmand, their vocal command has no problem in my smartphone.
This just to say that the problem seems to be in te MRA Navigation App rather then in the outside of it. -
@Montorsi-Paolo-0 if you go to the Options / audio, is voice instructions enabled? Do you hear anything if you change the volume level?

Volume: max
TTS engine: the same of your image but i tried talso the COM.SAMSUNG.SMT
Voice: tried a couple of italian and english also
Voice prompt: ON
Number of voice prompt: 4 (tried 2 and 3)
Waypoint notifications: All, tried also Via
Speed warning: AllI can't ear nothing, but if I press the test play button on the TTS engine menu It works perfectly, also with the samsung TTS engine.

Nothing at all.
Just drived an A to B route, no sound at all. -
@Montorsi-Paolo-0, If you toggle between the max and mid volume setting, do you hear a voice telling that voice prompts are enabled? If not, press the volume-up hardware button on your phone a few times immediately after toggling. Remember that you need to toggle between mid and max, because pressing max, while max is already on, it will not generate a voice prompt. Maybe that's something that can be changed, @Corjan-Meijerink ?

if I start a route on Google Maps I immediately hear the voice commands.
Is it the same on MRA Navigation App?

After uninstall and re-install the vocals commands works -

Is it the same on MRA Navigation App?No it is not the same. MRA only gives voice instructions when they are relevant for your position. So, sitting at home on the couch starting a route MRA will usually not say anything. If this is how you were testing, I assume it was working fine all along

No, the first try was on the road, I drove a route with my car, with via Point and shaping point, second was again in the road with an A to B route. No talking.
After reinstall seems works well, I tried only an A to B route. But I imagine now it will work also for more complex route. -
Funny.
Despite I can ear that the vocal commands are enabled toggling on the volume level, during the navigation on the road the Vocal command does't work.

@Montorsi-Paolo-0, What's your setup? Are you connected to your bike/car by Bluetooth connection. Do you hear the volume toggle when connected through this BT connection? If you disable the BT connection, do you hear the voice then?

Thanks for your replay.
The first tries I have made I was in my car.
Then I have installed againg the App, tried and It was working but I was in my wife's car.
Then I tried again in my car and again was not working.When I read your replay, I immediately understood why sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't.
My SP i paired with my car and not with my wife's car, obviously.
So I switched off the bluetooth connection, on the SP, with my car and vocal instructions are working now.
Now I have to investigate why I can't ear the instruction on my car, even if i will use the App on my motorbike
