Icons and street names too small

i would like to have bigger icons on the map for gas stations, restaurants, shops , musea enz, but also better readable street names.
I need a magnifying glass for that.
My eyes are not bad. i can read this on Osmand and Tomtom Go easily.Regards: Henk de Wit
