Apple CarPlay

A friend Of mine is running MRA with Apple CarPlay on his Honda Goldwing, but it does not display speed and speed limit. Is this a setting in MRA or Apple CarPlay or is that just the way it is…. When running only on the phone it shows both speed and speed limit…
