problem updating Offline maps on SD-card

I downloaded several offline maps and then specified that they should be on the SD card in the phone with the "save data to SD card" option in the App.
Then when I want to update the maps or download new maps I get the message that I need to update them but then the button does not work. Also, I don't see any maps.
If I then turn off the SD card slider then I can download and/or update!I work with a Samsung S10e (SM-G970) with Android version 12

en BMW Connected Ride App(die dus nog steeds niet voldoet!) ;
de Garmin Zumo XT en M.R.A. in combinatie met de Carpuride W702 (voor Android op de Motor!) -

MyRouteApp version 4.0.2@ErikS, I guess you cannot update maps to SD if they were originally installed on main memory. Go into Android Settings, Aps, Aps, Storage, delete data. Go back into the app and re-download your maps.

Het lijkt er inderdaad op dat dit de oplossing is.
IK heb alle data in de app verwijderd en opnieuw opgestart. Moest daarna wel weer de hele introductie doorlopen.
Vervolgens de offline kaarten gaan installeren. als eerste het schuifje op SD kaart gezet en inderdaad nu werkte de update / installatie van de kaarten wel.Bedankt voor de oplossing
