Auto Tracklog?

Having just tested the Beta on a recent trip through UK, France and Belgium, through use it occurred to me that a particularly useful feature might be a setting that starts the track log feature every time you start a navigation of a route.
I realise it's user error, but the amount of times I'd start my route, get an hour in and then realise I'd forgotten to set the track log running, it was so frustrating.
A setting that started track log automatically would be super useful, and when "stop navigation" selected, a prompt for "save track log?" would give the user opportunity to save it or discard it.

MRA is renowned for giving it’s end users choices, I therefore hope that there will also be the option not to automatically start Tracklogs.

I totally get that @Frappawotsit has a genuine reason why he wants the option to start Tracklogs automatically.
But as I said before MRA is very good at giving its end users choices, so an extra option to Not automatically record Tracklogs would have no impact on those users that do want them to start automatically.
So a simple toggle button would suffice, do or don’t automatically start Tracklogs, if the default option is do then so be it, I’ll happily turn it off.
