when copying/pasting an address/location into the app, it pops up requesting permission to paste - I would suggest this has no value, and is an extra, time consuming step.

@GT-JWR that’s just iOS really. I get the same prompt in all other apps. Eventually the OS keeps track of trusted sources I believe and it won’t ask again.
To be honest, we would need to check the details. The above is my gut feeling

@Doug-Robinson that fact that it happens on iPhone is strange - MRA is the only time it has ever happened.

→ find MyRoute-App down the bottom of the long list of choices
→ Paste from Other Apps
→ AllowNew feature in iOS 16.

I have a beta version iOS 16.5 (20F66) on my iPhone. Apparently that is the difference.
