Voice prompts not working

Updated MRA after the outage, now at 3.2.10-158. No prompts at all! They are turned on in Settings.

This for English UK on a Samsung Galaxy A33 phone.

Edit: I have re-installed app but still no voice prompts.

Just for clarity - The ‘outage’ that you mentioned was for the original navigation app not beta MRA Navigation Next.

@Nick-Carthew OK thanks for info. I had just purchased the Navigation and within days there was the outage.

I thought that perhaps it was linked to my total lack of prompts when navigating. Obviously not.

So why don't I have prompts when driving using navigation in MRA?

@tony-v I can’t answer your question but perhaps @Corjan-Meijerink can.
He might need a few more details though.
Are you connecting to a headset and can’t hear voice prompts?

@tony-v indeed what @Nick-Carthew also asked. Try verifying if other apps do output voice prompts correctly.
