Garmin XT is not in the export device list? Why is that?

Presuming you are using a PC, and using the connector you should use Garmin GPX1.1 or Garmin GPX1.2

GPX1.2 Will only show you the Via Points, Hands in MRA, Flags on the Zumo XT, but will shape the route based on the Shaping Points you have used.

GPX1.1 will show you Via Points and Shaping Points.
Shaping Points are Balloon icons in MRA, Blue Dot on the XT.
