problems with new MRA iPad and iPhone app
-
I am sending you this video with a description of all the problems I encounter both on the iPad and on the iPhone, so it is practically unusable, it seems to me that it has gotten worse instead of improving

@aiello-antonino This is all very familiar to me and has been frequent but randomly occurring for much, if not all of my 1 year subscription (due to expire in 9 days). In my experience, constant refreshing and exiting the app is required when Street View is engaged for more than brief periods of limited use. This badly compromises the app’s usefulness and negates a significant advantage over BaseCamp since Garmin dropped access to Google Earth/Street View from it. I have reported such problems and they have seemed to get sorted for a while, but then they reoccur.
I like Routeplanner in general, but its being a mobile platform with direct access to Street View was a big part of my subscribing. It seems clear there are broad, persistent and fundamental issues with iOS at MRA, and these very much extend to the iOS Navigation app too. My experience with the Android version of that app, just yesterday makes that abundantly clear. I must take a look at Routeplanner on Android to see does it struggle similarly…
N.B. I just tried to send this and found that the blue header strip with the send arrow, along with the various buttons below it had disappeared. The refresh button didn’t rectify it so the back button (i.e. top LH corner of screen) had to be used. Luckily, I was able to copy the above, return to @Aiello-antonino’s post and paste it into my second attempt. More evidence of MRA iOS incompetence?

Checked on Android device and is fine. What a surprse!
It also works ok in Windows using a browser (Qwant/Firefox).

@pad-0 for me too, the street view option was essential for my registration! otherwise there are many other route planners, like kurviger, the first one that comes to mind, who can do the same things!
