  I realise it's an edge case, but the app cannot be used if location is disabled. You get locked out by the repeated location requests if you refuse to enable it. Pressing 'No thanks' just causes the popup to re-appear endlessly. I'm happy to see a warning that location is required for navigation, but being locked out is irritating. All I wanted to do was read/adjust some of my settings. For example I had to enable Location to find the build number to write this email: [image: 1762595284275-screenshot_20251108-094109.png]

  Thanks a gazillion Corjan - glad that you moved it to the right topic. I never know when it is beta I use or the released version. Glad to hear that you can fix it.
