@Alex-reds I share the same opinion. I ride quite a lot, and I use MRA for all my recreational trips. If the app ever freezes on a rare occasion, this is (usually, if not always) easily solved by restarting the app. I use it on both iOS and Android.

I use this one: https://www.moto-drzak-mobilu.cz/en/smartphone-holders/holder-2-0/ Quite reliable and comes with a key to lock it. There is no anti-vibration system except small rubber rings but I hope the RT3 is resistant enough, I will see after a longer period.

@Jörgen Guter Tipp mit Koomot, geht auch sehr gut mit Garmin BaseCamp wenn man dort OSM Karten hinterlegt hat und benutzt. VG Good tip with Koomot, also works very well with Garmin BaseCamp if you have stored OSM maps there and use it. VG

@Jörgen Thanks Jörgen. I know how elevation profile works, so no problem to guess what text says. Is only a little reminder that not all people here understand all languages. Also, "Me quito el sombrero por tu trabajo" (a Spanish expression that means I am grateful for the video work) Thank's !!!

@M-Schrijver said in waar is tomtom mydrive in opslaan?: There is a setting under "Screen Layout" at the bottom. Called "Fullscreen....". This is a relative new option and enabled by default. Maybe this could block some messages. This topic is about TomTom not MRA Navigation Next.

@Tony-13 said in UK SMS messaging to emergancy services: follow up question. Are there similar services in Europe you can sign up for? I assume it would be different for each country First point: The European emergency number is 112, but dialling 999 / 911 will get you through too, if you're a Brit / US and can't remember the number. There's no universal SMS emergency solution for Europe - disappointing. There are some countries supporting 112 SMS though: https://eena.org/knowledge-hub/press-releases/the-reality-of-accessible-emergency-services And generally worldwide: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Emergency_text_messaging_services They're mostly aimed at deaf/imparied users, rather than remote location users. France in particular has a special number - 114 rather than 112! Doh - who will remember that? But it does say for use by anyone, no pre-registration needed. Maybe some Euro members can fill in the gaps.

@De-Keyser Yes, wired charing is better but not comfortable when you have to unplug it every time at a gas station etc. That's why the holder 2.0 seems interesting, I will consider it.
