Wenn ich das hier so lese, habe ich das Gefühl, wir reden von völlig unterschiedlichen Apps! Ich war letztes Wochenende im Sauerland. Hab MRA zur Navigation verwendet. Ich bin nicht nur von einer Straßensperrung in die nächste gefahren, die App hat es auch einfach nicht gecheckt, dass ich auf der (von der App vorgegebenen Straße) nicht weiter fahren kann. Sie wollte mich unbedingt immer wieder auf diese Straße schicken. Obwohl ich "automatische Neuberechnung" und "automatisches Überspringen von Wegpunkten" (was für Wegpunkte überhaupt? Die Strecke kam vom MRA - nicht von mir) eingeschaltet hatte. Als ich dann von der App in einen Fußweg im Wald reingeschickt wurde, habe ich dann gestreikt und die Navigation abgeschaltet. Und ja - Feldwege waren auch abgeschaltet.
Und damit nicht genug. Die App wollte mich auch unbedingt über Nienstedt (Deister) nach Hause schicken - obwohl diese Strecke am Sonntag für Motorräder gesperrt ist. Ich bekam zwar den Hinweis, dass ein "Routenverstoß" vorliegt - aber hey: die Strecke kam ja nicht von mir, sondern von der App. Und ändern kann man an der vorgeschlagenen Route von der App auch nichts - oder ich bin einfach nur zu blöd!
Und im Moment sitze ich an einer Routenplanung hier vor dem Rechner, weil wir in zwei Wochen eine Tour machen wollten (290 Km). Wenn ich die Route auf der App öffne, wird mir ein Routenverstoß angezeigt. Warum und wieso bleibt nur dem Wissenden ein Verständnis. Auch das Hinzufügen der Karte für Verkehr (Gold-Version) hilft da nicht weiter. Denn auch dort wird mir nichts angezeigt. Selbst Google Maps zeigt mir dort kein Problem an.
Also habt ihr vielleicht eine andere App?
Im Moment befinde ich mich eher an dem Punkt, wo ich mir die Frage stelle ob meine Entscheidung für MRA richtig war...

Entscheidung ist richtig. Einstellungen mal überprüfen, die App kann einem wunderbar helfen, wir sind heute auf dem Rückweg, ca. 2500km ohne Probelem.
Alle Sperrungen im Erzgebierge und Frankenland wurden super umfahren

Ein Tipp, auf OSM KartenBasis Planen aber HERE zur Berechnung einschalten und zum Schluss bei der Planung auf HERE Karte wechseln und die WP auf Lage zur Straße kontrollieren …

Moin, wenn ich alle Routen zusammen rechne, komme ich auf einige 10000 Km mit MRA next. Ich fahre jetzt 2,5 Jahre mit dem Outkitel (ein Outdoor Tablet).
Dieses Jahr im Frühjahr nach Irland, im Sommer Tschechei, Österreich, Bayern Schweiz. Das sind schon über 6Tkm. Bis auf ein paar Kleinigkeiten kann ich das nur bestätigen. BESTE APP EVER!!! -

Sorry, but after reading the forum so many times, I’d like to share my very personal experience with MRA and the iPhone 15 with Navigation Next. So far, I’ve traveled about 10,500 kilometers between Italy (mostly) and Austria. I remember the app freezing only once; I just had to turn it off and on again, and everything restarted right from where I was. On a few rare occasions, I skipped waypoints by choice, but I never had the slightest problem. I don’t know if I’ve just been lucky, but I’ve never experienced many of the issues reported here. I’m not saying they aren’t real — I’m only sharing my personal experience. After several tests — and my almost 60 springs are proof of that — I’ve found the definitive app for my motorcycle trips, and I wanted to highlight this also as a thank you to those who put effort and hard work into creating this application.

@Alex-reds I share the same opinion. I ride quite a lot, and I use MRA for all my recreational trips. If the app ever freezes on a rare occasion, this is (usually, if not always) easily solved by restarting the app. I use it on both iOS and Android.
