POI library - adding new database

Hi
Lots of posts on POIs since the library function added last year, but I can't find what I want, and I am not very techie on these sorts of things.
There are various commercial databases I can find on Google, but don't know which are likely to be the best? Anybody got favourites they like?
The GPS-Data site was mentioned in one post, but I seem to go around in circles looking for the actual download on this site.
I was looking for things like speed cameras etc.
The MRA support page gives upload instructions, but I could not see the actual file type specified? Although the forum does give data format information.

@Tony-13 you can import poi's via.csv (excel) gpx (Navi) or kml (Google) files types

I would not dream of breaking the law. I was thinking more of planning around speed cameras. I think

How so is the use of POI against any law...
(maybe speedcam data in your navigation tool is, but that's not what this is about).
