Route won't allow me to make a right turn

I need to make a right turn, and Route Planner won't let me. First, here is a screen print of the turn I'd like to make in Google Maps:

It's a simple right hand turn continuing on Potrero Rd. Here is how it looks in MRA:

Instead of executing the right turn, I'm routed in a long clockwise circle avoiding the small right turn area. I'm guessing it thinks the section is closed (it's not), or maybe I somehow did something with waypoint placement that I don't see.

Route point is not on the correct lane, view the route on the TomTom map.

I was in the "HERE default" layer, which doesn't show the 2-lanes separated, even at the highest magnification. Unless of course, I'm doing something wrong.

I do see the separation using HERE Hybrid. Thanks again for your timely help.
