      I was working on a route I have used before.
      I needed a screen capture to get a route approved.
      Opening the route I see this;

      Screenshot 2024-08-20 at 12.48.59.png

      Turning off seasonal closures the route is correct.
      This is a country road in the UK in summer not a mountain pass. Here it is corrected Screenshot 2024-08-20 at 12.48.17.png

      Disable seasonal closures is now on.

      Any explanation please?

      Derek

        @Derek-Hillyard I think "Seasonal closures" on the HERE map can also include other temporary closures, like longer, planned, roadworks. In any case, AFAIK the information comes directly from HERE. HERE does offer the option to report mapping errors through this website: https://mapfeedback.here.com/. If reported (and accepted) through that website, the corrections will eventually make their way into MRA as well.

          Thanks for the fast reply.
          I've checked local closures and yes there is a closure close by but not on my route.
          I'll accept this as a "Here" mapping limitation.

          When performing the route calculation this often includes roads that are closed. So this information does not update quickly IMO.

          I have been using MRA for 3 years and it is a great product but sometimes its difficult to understand when it does something you don't expect.

          Keep up the good work MRA Team

          Derek
