How to force synchronisation in the BMW Connected Ride Navigator

When I add a route from MRA to the Connect Ride App on my iPhone it takes a long time before it is synchronized with the Connect Ride Next navigator.
Is there a way to force synchronisation?

@Dikke-Wim I have the same problem. But eassy to slove. Just log out in your BMW app and then log in. The synchronisation wil start.
