Audio level on IOS while play music

Hi all,

I'm very happy with all Next work thay you do. I'm think is a GREAT navigation App and I use on every route without any problem...

But I noticed something about audio levels. First, my settings:

• iPhone 14 (but also detected on iPhone X)
• BMW with TFT display (Phone connected to TFT)
• Generic intercom (Bt2s) (intercom connected to TFT)

All audio woks fine:

• Phone Call's
• Music
• Next Voice Prompts
• Next audio beeps for alerts

But... If I'm hearing music from phone, audio level for Next indications are low and I can't hear over the music. If I stop music, audio level is higher for indications. If I play music again, Next audio level becomes low...
This happens on next Next audio indication. So, while I'm hearing music when Next start audio voice prompt and I stop music, Next audio is still low. If I wait to Next audio voice prompt without music, Audio is higher and I can hear perfect.

Of course, I play with audio levels on phone, volume settings on Next App during play while hearing voice prompts... nothing works.

On same configuration, if I stop Next and start TomTomGo (yes... I have it but I prefer Next ), audio is clear while playing music: music level becomes low and TomTom voice is clear over music, so this is not a problem with TFT, phone or Bluetooth intercom or even general phone settings.

Can you (MyRoute-App) do something with this? I'll appreciate it as much as you can increase audio level

Keep pushing... Next is a GREAT Navigation App and you are working in the correct way to make it better every time.
