Truck-Weight restriction sign is not taken into account

At the Wuppertal-Wichlinghausen junction, access to the A46 in the direction of D眉sseldorf is prohibited for vehicles over 7.5 t (see Google Streetview screenshot below).
MyRoute does not take this into account and calculates an incorrect route (see MyRoute screenshot below).
I have already reported this issue directly to HERE (Case ID 36950510). According to HERE's answer, this restriction is already noted on the maps:
Dear Customer,
Your case (#36950510) has been closed.Unfortunately, the Map Feedback you provided on 02/24/2024 (Signage: Truck-Weight restriction sign) cannot be integrated because:
Database reality reflects - According to our sources, we have found our database to be correct, the requested change will not be included.
So I ask the MyRoute team to check and troubleshoot.
