Remote control for Camper

This may sound a bit of a strange question so here goes.
Is there a remote control that would allow me to select different buttons on the screen of my Android tablet running Next navigation?
While driving I fing it awkward to touch the screen buttons with the tablet mounted on the Fiat Ducato dash thingy.
Some form of remote that mounted on the steering wheel...
If there is a remote would Next work with it?
