Navigation Next - 6 months for €6!

Hello everyone. I trust you're all well.
OK forgive me for the dumb question that's coming up.
With regards to the latest offer, what happens at the end of the 6 month period, do you automatically go onto the full price for Navigation App, or is it cancelled automatically. I've always used my Garmin XT with great results, but I've recently got a Smartphone ( I know, where have I been all these years ) and was thinking of trying out this amazing offer. Any advice would be most welcome.
