Offline Mapm using is not possible

i dowloaded several maps but whenever i try to use offline maps i get a message that i cannot use offline maps and need to go online, which exactly the opposite iff i wanted to do.
MyRoute app gold member.
Also the MRA navigation app keeps crashing, so i cannut use that either.
