Would someone explain the difference in MyRoute-app and Navigation? They both seem to do the same thing. What am I missing?

      Thanks,

      Art

@artbone If you mean the apps? The app Navigation is the old app (app on the left). De renewed app (on the right) contains the turn-by-turn navigation. The old app will stop working soon.

You can all read about it here: https://mranavigationnext.app/

@Rob-Verhoeff I’ve been using MyRoute-app for years. I think it was called Tyre2Travel before. I’m a Gold subscriber now. Then, a few years ago I downloaded Navigation and I seem to remember paying extra for that. Now you say Navigation is going away. Do I have to download the maps I downloaded in Navigation or has the necessity of downloading maps gone? If I’m out of cell service will I be able to plan a route?

          Thanks

@artbone If you also had a subscription for the Navigation app, it will be transferred to the new app, and you can also make use of turn-by-turn navigation in the new app. However, you will need to re-download the offline maps.

You can easily verify this yourself by going to your account settings in the app. If you see "Navigation" listed in a blue box there, then you also have turn-by-turn navigation.
