Announcements in German on iOS with "confused additional content".

I have a problem with the announcements in German on my iPhone 13 Pro.

The announcements come with weird text. The announcement is:

"In 'HOMOGRAPPH START' 600 'HOMOGRAPH END' meters turn left."
or
"In 'HOMOGRAPPH START' 300 'HOMOGRAPH END' meters you have reached the (intermediate) destination."

This is extremely confusing.

However, the announcements "Now turn left" or "Exit the traffic circle at the second exit" come normally.

I have Anna selected as the voice under "spoken content" in iOS.
Is the iPhone set incorrectly or does the app still have a problem?

If you're referring to mixed languages on voice instructions, it happens to me too on Android 13. I get a mix of Portuguese and English.
