Is it the intention to have the map automatically switch between dark and light mode in the future or at least offer that option?
Using a DMD-T665 navigation phone on my motorcycle with a SilverFox controller.
Wireless CarPlay in my car (iPhone 15).

@Bart-DM, Yes, I have read that somewhere in the early days of the Beta, and isn't that setting already present (though greyed out)?
