No volume voice directions

I’m using version 3.2.15 of MyRoute App Next at this moment. The sound of all my apps are playing OK, but I have no voice directions or other warnings during navigation. I found a strange workaround: When I play music on Spotify on my iPhone 14, I receive direction information at a normal volume level. When I pause Spotify, the direction information will stop. When I use my car stereo through a Bluetooth connection with my iPhone I have to set the volume to max to hear the direction information and warnings.

@Henk-48, That problem is mentioned multiple times indeed. Work is being done on it.
