Beta tester on two devices.

Is it possible to install the beta tester on more than one device. I have attempted to install it on my wife's phone and I get the message that "you are a tester" but after 24 hours the software has not appead on her phone.

Yes, I have it installed on my 2 phones and a tablet.
Your devices need to use the same google account or AppleID to be able to download the beta. -
