Map freezes

Yesterday I went for a little spin. As soon as I skip a waypoint, the map freezes and the location is not updated.!!

@Kudee to me it seems like you need to click the compass to focus back on your location.
Other than that, hard to see the issue

I think I had a similar issue yesterday. First time I've tried to use the app (and I was using it in tandem with my TomTom) the map appeared not to update at all but the next turn insturctions at the top of the screen seemed to be in sync with my position on the road and update accordingly. I did stop and press the compass but that only seemed to update the map to the current location and then continue to display the same behaviour.
For reference the TomTom was connected to the phone for TomTom services and phone. I'm using an iPhone 13 mini ios 16.4.1 (a)
I'll try again with it on a stand alone basis. I'm also assuming that what seems to be excessive battery usage is in the nature of being a beta release. -

Tried on a spit screen on my S22+ with Calimoto and MRA together. Then standalone and no solution. Map "jumps" to position, seems like a stop and go ride.... Any solution yet?

@Corjan-Meijerink
This helped when I had the same issue.
