Seasonal Closures (again ...)

When I use the view "Michelin" in stead of "Here Standard" and "Traffic" is on, I see black line (road closed) and this sign : ">.<" What does this sign mean ? I can't find it when I google it .... Same meaning as road closed ? PS in via.michelin.com I can see "SP25 Closed in the direction of SP85, ... I still don't know ... the difference between the black line and this sign : ">.<"
