White screen on Car Play after loading Next

When the iPhone SE (2020) is already connected to Car Play (Opel Insignia) before the Next app is opened, the mapscreen remains white (empty). Loading a route does not solve this problem. Unplugging the iPhone from the car and reconnect the iPhone solves the problem.

@Koen-VH welke iOS versie betreft het? Is het draadloze CarPlay of via een kabel?

Het beste is om eens te proberen om met CarPlay te verbinden nadat de app opnieuw is opgestart.

@Corjan-Meijerink De software versie is 16.3.1. Ik gebruik een kabel want in mijn auto ondersteunt geen draadloze CarPlay. Als ik eerst Next opstart vooraleer ik de verbinding maak krijg ik meteen de kaart te zien.
Maar zoals eerder gemeld, zal ik eerst even de aanwijzingen bij een nieuwe release doornemen

@Koen-VH fijn! Zorgen dat die stap niet nodig is gaan we als eerste aanpakken. Ik snap volledig dat de huidige situatie niet ideaal is!
