No way to change from meters to miles.
@Walter-Coady For now this indeed cannot be directly changed in the app. If you would go to the account settings in the website, you can change your preference to imperial (instead of default metric)
The account settings page can also be opened from the app

Click “manage account” from the app settings page.@Corjan-Meijerink it is set up that way. So the issue is tracking is being displayed in metric.

Interesting. I guess signing out and back in again might help.
@Corjan-Meijerink that did not work on the iPhone, but it is correct when I looked it up on iPad.
