Skip waypoint "There has been a problem"
-
Two days running on two different routes I have needed to skip particular waypoints, but the app refuses to skip them, just tells me there has been a problem. Only solution I have found is to reboot my phone, relaunch the app and try skipping to my next waypoint, this doesn't always work and mostly I am given the "there has been a problem" message again, the route still runs when relaunched but its impossible to skip waypoints without crashing, so your navigated to the last waypoint. Very frustrating.

Hi there, first time posting, I am experiencing the same problem using an iPhone SE. It just refuses to jump a waypoint. Also I note there is an option to auto skip waypoints but mine is greyed out..? So can’t select it. Currently the app is unusable for me

@Jon-Edwards
Had a similar issue today. Navigation allowed me to skip one waypoint but when I tried skipping a second one it continually tried to reroute back to that point. The attempted rerouting continued even when I selected “skip” for that waypoint. -
I had this issue today. It took several attempts before the app finally skipped to the waypoint I wanted.

Today I opened a route, selected start and then I went to the settings menu only to find that the “skip waypoint automatically” button was grayed out. No way to turn it on.

The “skip waypoint automatically” button has always been greyed out. It is a feature to come in a future update.

Thanks for letting us know! It has been previously reported by quite some other users and therefore this is one of our priorities. We hope to resolve this issue early January
