How recent are the here maps?

I see in Here maps that the date of copyright is 1987-2017 are the maps realy this outdated? Or is the a not copyright sign not updated?

I have really a big problem with the not up-to-date Here maps in MyRouteApp!
First example: the Rurbruecke in Juelich is blocked since October 2022 because of complete reconstruction. I reported this at least twice since then via https://mapfeedback.here.com, and until today this road block is not reflected in Here maps. Is correctly displayed in Google maps.
Another example: the Mariawalder Straße from Kloster Mariawald to Heimbach is closed in North direction since September 2023, this is correctly displayed in Google maps, but not in Here maps.
Here maps may be good for commercial customers who drive trucks and cars over long distance and may need only up-to-date information about important roads like highways, "Bundesstraßen" in Germany, etc. For motorcyclists, who prefer the smaller, winding roads, Here maps are IMO after three years of experience with MyRouteApp a pain in the rider's a....
I am looking for an alternative app now, also, because the MyRouteApp team has rejected twice my feature requests for 1. reporting roadblocks in MRA and 2. a detour feature in MRA that would trigger MRA to calculate a detour when I stop at a roadblock that is unknown to Here maps.
I'm really fed up now from Here maps and MyRouteApp.

Our HERE maps are always up to date to the latest version.It would be interesting if HERE WeGo also has the same behaviour.
Personally I wouldn’t say we rejected to implement your suggestions, it’s just that it wasn’t a priority as creating workarounds for issues that rarely occur because maps are mostly correct is not ideal.
Also you can always manually drive around a closure. Yet if a road you regularly use is consistently reported incorrectly, that does get annoying. -

I understand that MRA depends on the accurancy and up-to-date information of Here maps, which - IMO - is very poor, as described.
I think I have found and will evaluate the solution of a competitor that - at least on the first look and also at an affordable price - appears as if it fulfills my most important user needs:
- motorcycle optimized route planning
- maps updated by an active user community
- web site tour planning and Android app for navigation
- Android app allows to report road blocks and do a detour
- management of my planned tours.
I will continue to use MRA for my car routes, but it seems I will switch to another solution for my motorcycle tour planning and navigation.
