Previously in MRA NAV IOS we had to turn off 'snavigate via start point'. Not nice, but oké. I preferred to see this disabled by default rather than enabled by default.

In this new version I see very many improvements, compliments for that, but still I have to skip all the previous route points I passed. This was also shown in the youtube introduction movie.
Is it possible, if I start somewhere in a route, to change the 'Start' button to 'Start from here'/ to the nearest waypoint, so that I do not have to manually skip all previous waypoints.
Normaly when I stop a route an restart it again, I don't want to drive to the beginning of the route.

Try... Start navigation, open navigation menu (three dots - bottom right), select show route, long press desired waypoint, confirm you want to continue from that waypoint. For now I'm guessing that should get you close to what you're looking for.

Thanks for sharing. This has been mentioned before and will be changed in a future update.

It will be possible to select current location / waypoint #1 / waypoint of your choice as the start. Currently it will automatically start at #1 and this cannot be changed.
The only way to get to another waypoint for now is skipping as described by @Tim-Thompson
