Has anyone used Rallymotor Velo?

Has anyone here seen Rallymotor Velo? I came across it yesterday and wondered if anyone has used it before?
According to the website it’s:
“Navigation Events all around the country that you can enter and complete exactly when its convenient for you. There are no specific event dates.”
Some of the points I believe are off-road which is no good for me but it appears you can miss these out.
Looks a good way to help explore an area.
