That's because it opened only two weeks ago and the Here maps have not been updated yet (the TomTom map works correctly, OSM shows the bridge but won't route you over it). You can circumvent that for now by placing a waypoint on either side of the bridge (on a road that has been there for a while, if available) and then use the "Skip waypoint" function to disable routing between those two points. You may have to repeat this a couple of times as the road on the peninsula is completely new as well:
